Fractional CMO services, New England

Fractional CMO in New England

Senior marketing leadership for growing companies from Providence to Portland and Burlington, without the cost of a full-time executive.

Deep Quiver is a fractional CMO practice based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, serving companies across New England: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. We lead your marketing on a monthly retainer. You get 20+ years of Fortune 500 experience, a ranked plan, and monthly reporting, without hiring a full-time CMO.

Who we work with

Who we work with across the region.

  • Past founder-led marketing

Growing companies that have outgrown the founder making every marketing call.

  • A team without a leader

Marketers or vendors are in place, but nobody senior is setting the plan.

  • A launch or a new market

A product, segment, or region is coming, and sales needs a plan that feeds it.

  • Testing the role

    Leadership wants a full-time CMO's judgment before committing to a full-time hire.

What you get

What a monthly engagement gives you.

  • One owner for the plan

A senior executive who sets priorities, names what to skip, and answers for results.

    • Leadership across your team

We direct your marketers, vendors, and sales handoff, wherever your people sit.

      • Measured every month

You'll know what we're measuring before we start, and you'll see it every month.

        • Execution when you need it

Add Full-Service Execution, and our team runs the campaigns, content, and HubSpot work.

          Regional, not remote-only

Close enough to be in the room.

Most fractional CMOs are either local to one city or fully remote. We sit in between. We're close enough to be in your conference room for the meetings that set direction, and we run the weekly work inside your tools.

A New England partner understands New England buyers: relationship-driven, skeptical of hype, and loyal once earned.

          • Direction in person

Kickoff, planning, and quarterly reviews happen on site, where decisions actually get made.

          • Delivery in your tools

Weekly work runs through video, your project tools, Slack, and HubSpot.

          • One senior executive

No handoff to a junior team after the sales call.

          FAQs

          Straight answers.

Don't see your question? Talk to a CMO and ask it directly.

Do you work with companies across New England?

Yes. We're based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and work with companies in all five of our core states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, and Rhode Island. Clients near the Seacoast get the most in-person time. Clients elsewhere in the region get on-site kickoffs, planning sessions, and quarterly reviews, with weekly work handled remotely.

How does a fractional CMO work with a company several hours away?

The same way a good executive leads a distributed team. We meet on site for the moments that set direction: kickoff, planning, and quarterly reviews. Weekly work runs through video calls, your project tools, Slack, and HubSpot. Your team gets a consistent cadence, and the leadership doesn't change with the distance.

Why hire a New England fCMO instead of a national fractional network?

Large networks win on scale. We win on specificity. You work directly with one senior executive who knows the region, can get to your office, and brings a clear point of view on what to do next. No handoff to a junior team after the sales call.

What services do you offer New England companies?

We offer fractional CMO leadership, go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, marketing consulting, website design, and Full-Service Execution. Every engagement starts with a ranked plan that we own. Then we decide together whether your team executes with our guidance or our team runs the work.

          Does pricing change by state?

No. Our engagements are monthly retainers priced by tier: Essentials from $7,500 a month, Growth Track from $10,000, and Embedded Executive from $15,000. The tier depends on how much senior time and hands-on execution you need, not on where your office is.

Do you work with companies outside New England?

Yes, selectively. New England is our home market, and most of our clients are here. We also take on companies elsewhere in the US when the fit is strong and the engagement can run well remotely. We'll tell you on the first call whether we're the right partner.
