FAQs
Straight answers.
Don't see your question? Talk to a CMO and ask it directly.
Isn't this just an agency?
No. An agency executes against a brief you write and reports on deliverables. Here, a fractional CMO writes the brief, owns the plan and the numbers, and directs the execution. You get one accountable leader instead of a vendor to manage.
Who does the work?
Jon Mackin leads the engagement, and the hands-on work is done by contract specialists he brings in for the channels your plan needs. Every piece of work is planned and reviewed by your fractional CMO against the same KPIs.
Can we keep some work in-house?
Yes. We plan around what your team already does well and take on the rest. The scope is set during Detect and revisited each quarter.
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term. Execution compounds over time, so we plan in quarters and report monthly, but you are not locked in.
Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.
Spend 30 minutes with a CMO. You'll leave with a clear read on what's working, what isn't, and what we'd do first, whether or not we work together.
